Es un lugar muy bonito, las habitaciones son grandes, el recinto tranquilo con alberca y el personal es muy amable. Sin lugar a dudas un excelente lugar para relajarse y pasar unos días agradables.
Muy buena atención por parte del señor Mario en recepción, muy atento durante todo el tiempo de hospedaje, aunque las instalaciones ya están un poco deterioradas la limpieza es muy buena, muy cerca del centro, aunque lamentablemente la calle en la que se ubica está en obra lo cual entorpece un poco el tránsito, considerarlo si es que se hospedaran en estos días

Me enfocaré en el servicio porque es lo que más reconocí. Cuentan con excelente personal, sumamente amable y servicial. En la noche tuve una emergencia y me ayudaron con la mejor disposición. Al día siguiente mi auto se quedo atascado e hicieron todo hasta que logramos salir. Respecto a las habitaciones, son sencillas y rústicas, pero todo muy bien.

Muy buen precio para el tipo de hotel que es, la habitación es amplia y cómoda. El tache es que que para poder tener agua caliente debes dejar abierta la llave por 5 minutos para que por fin salga agua caliente (la instrucción te la dan en recepción), es un desperdicio increíble de agua.
Un poco elevado en precio comparado con la calidad de la habitación; la cual olía bastante a humedad, pero en general estaba limpia y la cama muy cómoda. Excelente ubicación, cerca de la plaza principal y a 10 min caminando del lago.
Es bonito y amplio, lo elegí por amplitud espacio, frescura y comodidad de la cama. Si pusieran atención a los pequeños detalles subirían de calificación. Como tipo de jabón y shampoo, mejorar calidad y tipo de dispensador de papel higiénico, ganchos, pasadores de puertas etc. Tener dispensador de agua fría y caliente, cafetera. Medir su servicio al salir. Pequeños detalles que les ayudaría a mejorar su calificación.
Buen lugar para hospedarse, como recomendación: dar mantenimiento. La atención del personal es muy buena.
